> MISCELA COLUMBIA: Composition: 70% Arabica - 30% Robusta. Dedicated to Lorenzo de Medici, alias "The Magnificent".
The "Columbia" is a blend tending towards the fruity. It combines Robusta with an esteemed selection of Arabica from Ethiopia/Indonesia/Brazil ("Natural process") with a sweet note to offer a more "dolce" espresso than is usually known, resulting in a smooth and round blend. A well-balanced coffee with a very "hazelnut/vanilla" taste.
Highly appreciated by people looking for a coffee with a rich aroma, with a nice intensity without being too full. A refined and velvety blend suitable for espresso, cappuccino or macchiato. The controlled Robusta content gives it a beautiful, naturally sweet crema.
> LA ROSSA: A blend with a valued origin, chocolatey and pleasantly spicy. Dedicated to Dante Alighieri, creator of the Divine Comedy.
Rich and strong. For all those who are looking for an intense coffee that has weight in the mouth. Leaves no smoky aftertaste.
La Rossa is a blend of strong and pure coffee, ideal for all your mornings. The Italian bar coffee par excellence. This blend is made with very high quality coffees from Central Africa, Vietnam and India. We cannot say it enough, the result is strong but pleasant.
The aroma remains in the mouth, without leaving a disturbing bitterness. A spicy coffee, with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla, and a nice thick "crema" !
Mokarico Firenze belongs to the elite in Italy, thanks to their experience and mastery of aromas. This roaster has been based in Florence for over a century. Their story begins when "la casa del caffè", founded at the beginning of the 20th century by the Barbier family, which was located on a historic street in Florence, "Corso dei Tintori", was taken over by the Paladini brothers, who founded the Mokarico brand in 1936. Some coffee blends are even CERTIFIED by the INEI! (Istituto nazionale dell'espresso Italiano - www.espressoitaliano.org)
