These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties born from the sale of coffee machines proposed by the seller named Giuseppe Greco ("Seller"), owner of www.sorsiecaffeina.com (VAT no. BE 0666 907 959, Rue Saint-Léonard 101 at 4000 Liège) and the user (« Buyer").
This contract is the only one that connects the seller and the buyer. In the case of a condition that does not comply or a breach, it would be that of the Belgian law in force in the sector of the sale of coffee machines.
These general terms and conditions and our special conditions apply to all our sales in Belgium and abroad.

2) Product, price and orders

The customer has the choice to be delivered:

6) Late payment
In the event of late payment, the amounts due bear interest at a rate of 1% per month from the due date. In this case, the counterparty will also be liable for a lump sum and irreducible compensation equal to 15% of the amount due. In the absence of payment of an invoice on the due date, the total price of the sale, including accessories, shall be automatically due by the other party. In addition, the seller reserves the right to automatically terminate the contract without further formalities and this without prejudice to our rights to any damage and interest.
7) Damage due to misuse
Any goods, damaged as a result of mishandling after delivery, will not be taken back or exchanged.
The products are guaranteed by their manufacturers for the duration and according to the conditions indicated on the product description appearing on the price offer or on the online shop www.sorsiecaffeina.com and / or on the guarantee form possibly attached to the products. upon delivery.
For products ordered from our online shop () : In case of a defective product, the user / buyer has 14 days to return the product, otherwise the concept of "failure to first use" can not be retained. Belgian law is exclusively applicable to this agreement. In case of dispute, the courts of the judicial district of Liège are the only competent.
