These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties born from the sale of coffee machines proposed by the seller named Giuseppe Greco ("Seller"), owner of www.sorsiecaffeina.com (VAT no. BE 0666 907 959, Rue Saint-Léonard 101 at 4000 Liège) and the user (« Buyer").
This contract is the only one that connects the seller and the buyer. In the case of a condition that does not comply or a breach, it would be that of the Belgian law in force in the sector of the sale of coffee machines.

These general terms and conditions and our special conditions apply to all our sales in Belgium and abroad.

2) Product, price and orders

6) Late payment
In the event of late payment, the amounts due bear interest at a rate of 1% per month from the due date. In the absence of payment of an invoice on the due date, the total price of the sale, including accessories, shall be automatically due by the other party. 7) Damage due to misuse
